Damian Lewis
Damian Lewis is a British actor, producer and musician from St John's Wood in the United Kingdom. Born in 1971, he is best known for his acting work, and he also wins a Primetime Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award.
Music career
Lewis begins busking after leaving school, then starts performing his own songs in public after meeting American jazz musician Giacomo Smith. Smith introduces him to musicians from the Kansas Smitty’s House Band, and they form a band fronted by Lewis that begins gigging. Lewis performs live at Wilderness in 2022, which leads to further shows at venues including Omeara, Koko, the Tabernacle and Hoxton Hall in London.
Recordings
His debut album, Mission Creep, is released in 2023.
