Dala

Dala is a Canadian acoustic folk duo from Scarborough, Ontario, active since 2002. The group consists of Sheila Carabine and Amanda Walther. Both musicians come from musical families and play guitar and piano. Their work is known for close vocal harmonies and for a humorous stage presence.

Career

After forming in 2002, Dala builds a following across Canada through appearances at Canadian music festivals. Their first album, This Moment is a Flash, appears in 2005. They then release two more albums, including Who Do You Think You Are.
