Ctrl-Alt-Del

Ctrl-Alt-Del is an independent alternative rock band from Poland, formed in 2002. It begins when vocalist Adam Sypuła meets Dominik Rozwadowski and the twin brothers Piotr and Paweł Sitkowski, who are developing a new project after their former group Musick. The line-up is completed by Łukasz Rajchert on drums. Sypuła also appears under the name SELFiD.

Band style and sound

The group builds its music around heavy guitar riffs and a strong rhythm section, with samples and electronic sounds added in production. Their sound is described as modern rock with alternative rock, nu metal and industrial elements, and it develops in the recording studio with producer Marcin Bors.

Releases and reception

Ctrl-Alt-Del has a debut album ready after only a few months of playing together. The band spends its first three years building a following across Poland before looking to reach wider European audiences. Their recordings attract attention for their polished, self-produced quality, with reviewers noting the clarity of the sound, the prominent bass playing and Sypuła’s distinctive vocals.
