Common Ground

Common Ground is a Belgian funk-soul group formed in 2004 and based in Seoul, South Korea. As of 2013, the group is an eight-piece line-up with 김중우 (Gimjungwoo) on saxophone and vocals, 서대광 on trumpet, 송원섭 on trombone, Jane on vocals and guitar, 최민주 on bass, 이주원 on keyboard, 이진붕 on drums, and 조재범 on percussion.

The group releases four full-length albums: Play.ers in 2004, Old Fashioned in 2005, Fat Girl in 2009, and Shake It! in 2013.

There are other acts with the same name, including a hardcore band from Lancaster, Pennsylvania that releases a self-titled EP in 2012, an American reggae band from Southwest Florida with the EP Cultivate and the single “Live It”, and a rock band that issues two singles in 1969.
