Close Quarters
Close Quarters is a Swedish rock ’n’ roll band formed in 2006. The group starts with Martin “KK” Karlsson on lead guitar, Viktor Granlund on vocals and guitar, and David Svensson on drums and percussion. Rasmus Ejneberg joins on bass in late 2006, a few weeks before the band records its first demo. In 2009, Martin Hederberg replaces Ejneberg on bass and backing vocals.
Recordings and style
The band records a series of demos and releases: The Street Brawl EP in 2007, Pleasure Under Pressure in 2008, Untitled in 2009, and Close Quarters in 2010. They record with producer Tomas Skogsberg at Sunlight Studio. Their sound draws on the Rolling Stones, early Kiss, AC/DC and The Hellacopters.

Close Quarters shares stages with Backyard Babies, Mustasch, Dia Psalma, Dundertåget and H.E.A.T.
