Chris Cohen is a Dutch singer and multi-instrumentalist from Rotterdam, born in 1969. He works in psychedelic pop, indie pop and folk, and plays as a solo artist as well as in collaborative projects.

Career

Cohen performs as a multi-instrumentalist and has played with Deerhoof, Haunted Graffiti, Cass McCombs, White Magic and Danielson. He also records under the name The Curtains, a project that releases several albums before he returns to solo work.

Solo work

His solo material appears on Captured Tracks, including Overgrown Path, which features the song “Caller No. 99”. His work is associated with psychedelic pop and related indie and folk styles.
