Chez Damier

Chez Damier is a Chicago-born house and deep house artist who works as a vocalist, DJ, producer, label manager and graphic artist. He splits his time between Detroit, Chicago and, at times, New York.

Career

He helps establish the Music Institute with Derrick May and works alongside Alton Miller on the business side and studio output of Kevin Saunderson's KMS label. He also helps a number of producers begin their work in production.

Recording work

Damier has a substantial discography of his own, and his collaboration with Ron Trent on Prescription becomes especially significant in house music. His work is associated with Chicago house and deep house.
