Change Persona

Change Persona is a punk rock group from London. The band forms in 2009 after a plan for a punk band develops among friends from Carshalton. George Mann, Owyn Chester, Luke Naim and Pedro Monteiro begin learning instruments for the project, but that early version does not come together.

After that idea is set aside, Connor Fulcher, who plays lead guitar and sings, starts a band with George and Owyn. The group then adds drummer Simon Roberts, completing the original line-up. Roberts remains with the band for around a year and a half before leaving in late summer 2010 to pursue work as a drumming tutor.

Following Roberts’ departure, the band holds auditions for a replacement. Emma Tickle joins as drummer in August 2010 and plays with the group for about seven months. She leaves in early March 2011 because of limited time for rehearsal, and Roger Muntzer becomes the drummer in April 2011.

Change Persona performs locally, at festivals and at private events, and also takes bookings for parties in Surrey.
