Carsick

Carsick is a name used by three different acts, including a US 2000s indie pop project, an Anaheim-based singer-songwriter with punk roots, and a Salisbury-based band.

Anaheim solo project

One version of Carsick is an Anaheim local who moves out of the punk scene into sparse acoustic songwriting. This project appears in an open-mic setting, where the guitar playing is understated and the vocals are restrained and sincere. The same musician also plays drums in the Southern California experimental band Palm Reader.

Instrumental lo-fi project

Another Carsick is an instrumental, quiet-noise and experimental lo-fi recording project. In 2002, it releases two records on Asaurus Records: No Farmers, No Food and Horse Racing Never Tasted So Good.

Salisbury band

A third Carsick is a Salisbury-based band.
