Cal Roberts is a Welsh punk-pop artist from North Wales, brought up in Bagilt. His songs combine a gritty approach with a strong pop sensibility, and they focus on life growing up in 21st-century Britain. He is described as an emerging figure in the Welsh music scene.

His live performances are noted for intensity and emotional weight, with a style described as powerful, disturbing and poignant. His sound is compared to The Clash and other earlier influences, with an emphasis on musical honesty. He also records at Aerial Studio in Wrexham, where he has put down four new songs.
