Brutus

Brutus is a Czech rock group active since 1966. The band’s listed members are Václav Košař, Michal Cerman, Pavel Fišar, Ivan Galoviè, Vladimír Hasal, Vojtěch Kupčík, Tomáš Liška, Jan "Èenìk" Monhart, Sáša Pleska and Zbynìk Šlajchrt.

The name is also associated with several other acts in different countries and styles, including a Belgian trio formed in 2013, a hardcore band from Spain, a hard rock band from Norway, and a brutal death metal band from the Netherlands. The Czech group is identified as a rock band.
