Body Hound

Body Hound is an instrumental group associated with math rock, progressive rock, progressive and mathcore. It includes Joseph Thorpe and features former members of Rolo Tomassi and Antares.

The group has played only a small number of shows, but appears at venues and bills across the country. It shares stages with Deafheaven, Crash of Rhinos, Enemies and Alright The Captain.

Its music sits between dissonance and melody, with polyrhythmic and isorhythmic structures holding the material together. The result is a dense progressive sound that works both as recorded music and as a live headbanging experience.
