There are at least two bands using the name Better Days.
1. Since spring of '06, BETTER DAYS has been a punk hardcore band that hails from Upstate, NY. For fans of Black Flag, and other raw 80's revival bands with a bit of a modern clean sounding-twist, they will surely wipe the enamel off your teeth!
2. Melodic hardcore from St Louis in the vein of Paint it Black, Kid Dynamite, and Shook Ones.
