Bebe Rexha

Bebe Rexha is an American singer and songwriter from New York, United States. Born in 1989, she is best known for pop and dance-pop music, and for combining solo releases with collaborations and songwriting work for other artists.

Career

Rexha signs with Warner Records in 2013. After that, she receives songwriting credits on Eminem’s single “The Monster” and also writes for songs recorded by Shinee, Selena Gomez and Nick Jonas. She is a member of Black Cards.

Her debut EP, I Don’t Wanna Grow Up, appears in 2015 and includes the singles “I Can’t Stop Drinking About You” and “I’m Gonna Show You Crazy”. In 2017 she releases two more EPs, All Your Fault: Pt. 1 and All Your Fault: Pt. 2, which include “I Got You” and “The Way I Are (Dance with Somebody)”.

Collaborations and albums

Rexha works on a number of major collaborations, including “Hey Mama” with David Guetta, Nicki Minaj and Afrojack, “Me, Myself & I” with G-Eazy, “In the Name of Love” with Martin Garrix, and “Meant to Be” with Florida Georgia Line. “Meant to Be” becomes a country crossover hit and reaches number two on the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States.

Her debut studio album, Expectations, is released in 2018 and reaches number 13 on the Billboard 200. Its lead single, “I’m a Mess”, becomes successful. At the 61st Grammy Awards, she receives nominations for Best New Artist and Best Country Duo/Group Performance.

Her second studio album, Better Mistakes, is released in 2021.
