Babel Fish

Babel Fish are a Norwegian pop-rock band from Oslo, active since 1988. The group is described as a quartet, and Simon Malm is listed as a member.

Releases

The band releases its self-titled debut album Babel Fish through Atlantic in 1998, followed by Coming Up for Air on Warner in 2002. A compilation, Come Closer - The Best of Babel Fish, appears on Warner Music in 2011.

Singles and performances

Its singles include “Mania”, “Light of Day”, “Turning the Blind Eye” and “Out of the Blue” from 1997 and 1998, then “Some Day Soon”, “Blah Blah Blah”, “Killing Time” and “Coming up for Air” in 2002, followed by “Depend on Me” and “Come Closer” in 2011.

The group also enters the second pre-selection of Melodi Grand Prix 2011 in Florø.
