Appleton

Appleton is a pop duo from Ontario, Canada, made up of sisters Natalie Appleton and Nicole Appleton. The pair are best known for being members of the girl group All Saints. After All Saints disbands in 2002, they form Appleton and sign to Polydor.

Career

The duo’s debut single, “Fantasy”, is written with Andy Hayman and Gareth Young and reaches number 2 on the UK Singles Chart. Their autobiography, Together, follows the next month. A planned film adaptation is reported with director David Slade attached, but the project is not made.

In 2003, Appleton release “Don’t Worry” and “Everything Eventually”, alongside their debut album Everything’s Eventual, which is certified silver in the United Kingdom. In 2004, they leave Polydor and sign with Concept Music, but their planned second album is cancelled after All Saints reform in 2006.
