Andrew Ryan is a voice actor who is also described as a singer-songwriter active on the live circuit in the United States. While at college in Las Vegas, he plays coffee houses and lounge venues, and later comes to the attention of Divulge Records, which approaches him about making a record.

Recording career

Ryan’s first album, Summer & Fall, is recorded in Nashville in 2007. The release leads to live promotional performances on radio stations and brings attention from producers associated with A Prairie Home Companion. He is then invited to perform live on the programme, and later appears in further performances for NPR on other shows. He also plays a high-profile show at Sun Valley Lodge.

Later work and live performances

After the release of Summer & Fall, Ryan moves to California and writes and records a set of songs for a planned EP titled Waiting for Paris. In preparation for that release, he begins playing venues in Laguna and Hollywood. His stated aim in performance is to draw listeners in and encourage them to connect with the songs and their emotional content.
