AmiiFy is the stage name of Nigerian-born singer, songwriter and producer David Tolu Akinrinmade. The name is pronounced “ah-me-fy”.

Style and early development

AmiiFy works across funkadelic, indie pop and rock, and R&B. He begins experimenting with music at a young age and develops his production skills as a self-taught user of BandLab on his phone. He then distributes music through streaming platforms including SoundCloud, YouTube and Spotify.

Releases and recognition

He first gains recognition with the track “Memories”. His release “Ways” attracts attention on TikTok and other platforms. His repertoire also includes the indie track “Run Around W Me” on SoundCloud and the pluggnb and R&B songs “FilledWithU” and “melanie” on Spotify.
