Alex Hall

Alex Hall is a singer-songwriter based in Hampshire, UK, working in country, acoustic and singer-songwriter styles. He starts out in local acoustic and rock bands before performing solo with a loop pedal, piano and acoustic guitar.

Releases and airplay

He self-releases two EPs from 2008 onwards, including Leave This City EP and Trafalgar EP. Tracks from Leave This City EP receive regional radio play across Hampshire, Sussex, Kent, Dorset and Surrey. He also has an album planned for early 2010.

Live work and collaborations

In 2009, Hall supports Jon Allen, Emily Baker and Christine Collister. In summer 2009, he performs material from Trafalgar EP and other unreleased songs live on BBC South Live Radio. He also appears on Charlie Farley’s track.
