Advance Base

Advance Base is the indie pop project of Owen Ashworth, an American singer-songwriter born in 1977 and associated with San Francisco and Chicago. He previously performs under the name Casiotone for the Painfully Alone. The project works in lo-fi, indie pop, indie, pop and americana.

Releases

Advance Base makes its first appearance with a split 7-inch single shared with Hello Shark. The debut album, Shut-in's Prayer, follows, and later albums include Nephew in the Wild, In Bloomington and Animal Companionship.
