22 is a Norwegian prog rock band from Trondheim, active from 2006 to 2020. The group works in a progressive style and is also associated with new prog.

The band is formed around a mix of heavy-edged, mathematical and experimental rock with a strong pop sensibility. Its sound is described through comparisons with The Mars Volta, Muse and Refused, alongside influences from progressive rock, progressive pop and math pop.

22 is signed to the British independent label Best Before Records in London.
