The clashes that actually hurt
Not every overlap matters. Plenty of the 155 sets clash with something you were never
going to watch. These are the ones where the schedule genuinely forces a choice.
Friday: a straight three-way at teatime
Geese and Florence Road have been given the exact same slot — 5.55pm to 6.55pm,
on The Gallery and The Ballroom respectively. Both sit inside Skepta's Grid set (5.45pm–7pm),
so it's a clean three-way with no partial-set compromise available. Later,
Charli xcx and SINN6R both start at 7.45pm.
Saturday: Dave swallows Viagra Boys whole
Dave plays The Grid from 8.05pm to 9.20pm. Viagra Boys play The Gallery from 8.15pm to 9.15pm —
entirely inside Dave's set. There is no minute of one you can watch without
losing the other, which makes it the weekend's cleanest either/or.
Sunday: the big one
Chase & Status and Kneecap both start at 10.05pm on competing stages —
comfortably the most contested decision of the weekend.
The afternoon crunch
Roughly 66 of the 155 sets fall between 2pm and 6pm. That's where the
conflicts bunch up, and where the grid above earns its keep. Evenings are comparatively
generous: committing to every Grid headliner costs you only about
one extra set across the whole weekend, so the big decisions are made in
daylight, not after dark.

About these times
Times as published and subject to change — always check the festival app on the day.
The Grid, The Gallery, The Warehouse and The Ballroom were published with start
and finish times, as were the Thursday sessions and The Yard's Sunday
programme. The Canopy and The Bus went out with start times only, so their
set lengths are estimated here and shown with a dashed edge. The published timings
describe themselves as covering the main stages, so 155 is a floor rather than a total.
Best route assumes 10 minutes to walk between stages and no queuing,
which is why it's a ceiling and not a plan.
