Samphire Festival
Samphire Festival is a newbie for 2016 and it promises to bring the Exmoor National Park to life. The festival which is named after the local delicacy is planned for 8th until 10th July at Porlock Hill in the park and there are plans for over 30 live acts, plenty of family friendly events and a great source of local foot and drink.
The festival is a Crowdfunder project and so tickets are bought on a ‘pledge’ basis although the number needed to guarantee the festival goes ahead has been surpassed. The live artists will perform across two stages and there will be everything on offer from pop to afro and reggae to funk and everything in between.
