Pop Mutations x Tiny Changes is an independent-music festival in Glasgow, spread across small grassroots venues rather than a single large site.
The format is adult-only, with separately ticketed shows in rooms built for close-quarters gigs. Profits are donated to Tiny Changes, and the programme is built around venue support, female and non-binary representation, and young people’s mental health.
