Penn Festival was founded in 2011 and is described as an intimate, family-friendly event in the countryside of Buckinghamshire. The Big Park in High Wycombe is its home. Many other festival activities alongside live music include a kids’ programme, street entertainers, workshops and circus skills sessions.
