Musicport is back in 2017 and it is returning to Whitby Pavilion in North Yorkshire, from 20th until 22nd October.
Over 50 acts will be confirmed for Musicport 2017, although none have been announced yet. There will be six stages of music and acts from around the world, and the festival also incorporates live art projections in a dedicated DJ café. The whole of Whitby gets involved and there is a fun fringe event too.

Musicport 2017 — Highlights
Often referred to as the UK’s biggest indoor festival of “world music” the event covers a much broader and more eclectic range of music than that term implies and the organiser Jim McLaughlin believes that the term “local, national, international” describes it much better.
This year’s 18th Musicport Festival held in the beautiful port of Whitby on the Yorkshire coast promises its usual high quality and eclectic line-up.
