Grillstock (Manchester)
Back in its third year in 2015 Grillstock (Manchester) will take place in the last weekend of May and brings together a celebration of American BBQ food and fantastic music. There will be 25 acts playing across two live stages and of course the food festival element is central to the festival too.
In terms of music Grandmaster Flash and The Heavy are headlining with other artists including The Cuban Brothers and foodie musician Levi Roots also on hand. Grillstock also features the Manchester Chilli Eating Competition and further food-based challenges such as a rib and wing eating comps. The festival also has the BBQ Academy to keep you informed and aware of the latest trends in BBQ food.
