The first Blackburn Blues Festival is set to kick off on October 9 at the Windsor Suite at King George's Hall in Blackburn. The event will feature five live bands - Clare Free Band, Aynsley Lister, Mitch Laddie, Gwyn Ashton and one more yet to be announced headline act.
