Young Empires
Young Empires are a Toronto-based group that forms in 2009. The line-up centres on Matthew Vlahovich, who plays vocals and keyboards. The group also includes bassist Jake Palahnuk and guitarist Robert Aaron Ellingson; drummer Taylor Hill joins in 2011.
The band releases its debut EP, Wake All The Youth, after Hill joins. Ellingson then leaves the group before the band’s first full-length album, The Gates, which appears in 2015.
