Yasmin Williams

Yasmin Williams is an American folk musician and finger-style composer and guitarist from the United States, raised in northern Virginia. She performs as a solo artist and plays guitar, harp-guitar and other instruments, including kalimba, in live settings, often with the instrument resting on her lap.

Recordings

Her debut album, Serendipity, is self-released in 2012. A second self-released album, Unwind, follows in 2018. Her third album, Urban Driftwood, appears on Spinster in 2021. The songs on that album are written in 2020 during the COVID-19 lockdown and are influenced by the Black Lives Matter protests of that year.
