WU LYF (pronounced 'Woo Life'; stands for World Unite Lucifer Youth Foundation) are an English alternative rock band from Manchester, United Kingdom, that originally became known for creating a mystery about themselves by declining requests for interviews and not releasing much information to the press. The band describes their music as 'heavy pop'.
They released their debut album, Go Tell Fire to the Mountain, in 2011, then quietly disappeared. Their wiki pages also have a slightly amusing tendency to disappear.
April 2025 saw the surprise return of WU LYF with the single, 'A New Life Is Coming', foreboding a long overdue second album entitled A Wave That Will Never Break (2026).
