World News is an indie rock and jangle pop group from London. The band begins as Tinman, with brothers Alex and Rory Evans performing in Brighton from 2018 and building experience in the city’s grassroots music scene, including support slots around its live circuit.

The group releases its debut single, “Wake Up”, before the Covid-19 pandemic interrupts activity. Its debut EP, Job and Money, comes out in 2020 during lockdown. After that, the band continues with a steady run of singles and EPs.
