Wild Nothing

Wild Nothing is the solo project of Jack Tatum, who begins recording under that name in 2009 in Blacksburg, United States. The project is associated with dream pop, indie pop, indie rock and shoegaze, and the artist name is also used for releases on Wild Nothing Music.

Career

Tatum records as Wild Nothing and later tours with a band. The project first attracts attention in indie music circles and signs to Captured Tracks. Its debut full-length album, Gemini, appears in 2010. A follow-up album, Nocturne, follows in 2012, and the second EP, Empty Estate, is released in 2013. The third LP, Life of Pause, follows in 2016.
