Whitney

Whitney is an indie rock band from Chicago, active since 2015. The group is formed by Julien Ehrlich, Max Kakacek and Will Miller, and it begins as a larger lineup that also includes Ziyad Asrar, Malcolm Brown and Josiah Marshall. Ehrlich and Kakacek previously play in Smith Westerns, while Asrar and Brown come from Touching Voids.

Albums

The band releases its debut album, Light Upon the Lake, in 2016. Its second album, Forever Turned Around, follows in 2019. Whitney tours internationally and is associated with Secretly Canadian.
