White Noise Sound

White Noise Sound are a South Wales experimental psychedelic rock group from Swansea and Cardiff. Their music combines electronic and guitar-driven textures into a dense, pulsing wall of sound, and their sound sits alongside influences such as Spacemen 3, Suicide and The Velvet Underground. The group operates in the shoegaze, psychedelic, space rock, ambient and noise areas.

Releases and appearances

Early material from White Noise Sound appears on a split single issued by the French experimental label Burning Emptiness. They also feature on Fourier Transforms’ 3CD experimental collection Brave New Wales. They later appear on Northern Star Records’ Psychedelica series, alongside acts including Singapore Sling, Joensuu 1685 and The Black Angels.
