Weekend Nachos

Weekend Nachos are a Chicago, United States group active since 2004. They work across grindcore, hardcore punk, powerviolence and sludge metal, and are also associated with the United States powerviolence, doom and sludge scene.

Line-up

The original line-up includes John Hoffman, Adam Inverted, Ron and Andyzarian. The group currently includes John Hoffman, Andy Nelson, Drew Brown, Brian Laude and Aaron Ross. John is the vocalist, and Andy plays guitar. Drew Brown also appears in the later line-up on bass. Earlier members listed in the group’s history include Juan Ciudado and Byron Leuders on drums.

Releases

Their discography begins with the Demo in 2004, which is self-released. They then issue the Torture EP in 2005 on Tooth Decay, a split 7-inch with Chronic Bleeding Syndrome in 2006 on Force Fed, and the Punish and Destroy LP in 2007 on Cowabunga. Later releases include the self-titled 8-inch in 2008 on Drugged Conscience, Unforgivable in 2009 on Deep Six, the Bleed EP in 2010 on Relapse, Black Earth in 2011 on A389, Worthless in 2011 on Deep Six, Two Things At Once in 2011 on Cowabunga, a split 7-inch with Lack of Interest in 2012 on Deep Six, Watch You Suffer in 2013 on A389, and Still in 2013 on Deep Six.
