Wear Your Wounds is a United States group featuring Chris Maggio and Jacob Bannon. It develops from years of lo-fi solo recordings by Bannon, who is also known as a founder of Converge.

The project is associated with post-rock, ambient, slowcore, shoegaze and experimental music.
