Vril

Vril is a German techno act associated with Hannover. The project gains wider attention in 2011 with the track “UV”, which appears on Marcel Fengler’s Berghain 05 compilation.

Vril works in contemporary techno and releases music on Dystopian, Giegling and Semantica. The act is also noted for live performances.

The 2014 album Torus presents a deep, hypnotic approach to dub techno, with experimental and ambient elements. The music moves between club-focused tracks and more immersive, atmospheric pieces.
