Voice of Cod is a United Kingdom psytrance act made up of Andrew Humphries and Colin Bennun, who also works under the names OOOD and Unconscious Collective. Humphries is associated with Organic Records and Zuloop. The pair begin making music together in 2003 after meeting at a party in London.

Style and releases

The duo’s music is described as dancefloor-focused psytrance with a bouncy feel and an uplifting tone. Their releases include We Are Free on Organic, The Art of Funk Shui on Transient, Heart of Gold on Liquid, and Just a Ride on Organic’s Tsunami Benefit compilation. The tracks and releases are noted for being well received by listeners and DJs.

Debut album and wider attention

Their debut album, We Are Free, appears in 2005 and leads to performances in several places, including Rainbow Serpent Festival in Australia, parties in New York, and the UK dance festival The Glade. Two tracks from the album, Bakelite Satellite and Bubbles of Nothing, are included as downloads for the Sony PSP game Wipeout Pure and are downloaded more than 30,000 times.
