Vincent Segal is a French cellist who works across jazz, contemporary jazz and experimental music. He plays with a wide range of artists, including Mathieu Chédid, Dick Annegarn, Nana Vasconcelos, Susheela Raman, Blackalicious and Elvis Costello, and is described as a musician who moves between different musical settings.

He releases music under his own name and also uses the pseudonym T-BONE GUARNERIUS. Under that alias, he records with eight other musicians on an album shaped as a road-movie-like, exploratory project. The recording is made live in a series of selected locations chosen to match the different pieces, including a chapel by the sea, the arcades of the Place des Vosges and a section of the Porte de Bagnolet ring road.
