At 13, while living in Dubai, she records her first original demo CD. She then receives a full-tuition scholarship to Berklee College of Music’s summer performance program. At 14 she moves to Barcelona and studies at Jazz Conservatory en el Aula del Conservatori, then returns to Berklee that summer on a second full-tuition scholarship. After earning her certificate from el Aula del Conservatori, she travels between Madrid and Atlanta in late 2014 to train with vocal coach Mama Jan Smith. In April 2015 she and her mother relocate to Atlanta so she can tour and record her debut EP.
