Ultra-Sonic
Ultra-Sonic are a dance act from Scotland associated with happy hardcore, techno, rave, trance and hardcore techno. They first release Obsession establishes their early profile in Scotland, helped by vocals from Heather Allan, who later provides vocals for QFX on the UK Top 40 hit Every time you touch me.
Their follow-up, Annihilating Rhythm, sells more than half a million copies worldwide and helps their label, ClubScene, expand. Although they outsell larger dance acts of the period in Scotland, their strongest commercial impact is in their home country.
Ultra-Sonic also become a regular name at hardcore events including Rezerection and Fantazia. The act continues to record and perform.
