Tyler Lewis

Tyler Lewis is a singer working in soul, R&B and pop. She is based in West London and has heritage that includes Sri Lankan, Dutch, Portuguese and South African roots. Lewis is signed to MNEK’s label, MUZO BY UZO, and works closely with MNEK, whose production and mentoring support her development as a songwriter and performer.

Her vocal style draws on soul and R&B traditions, presented with a modern feel. She shares vocal snippets on social media and builds a following through that approach. Lewis is influenced by Prince, Luther Vandross, Silk Sonic and Whitney Houston, and has spoken of valuing singers whose music remains central rather than gimmick-driven.

Lewis receives attention from artists including Becky Hill, Tyla and Mahalia. She also performs alongside other artists, including Kiana Ledé, and appears at Mahalia Presents nights.
