Tsuki

Tsuki is a drum and bass and jump up artist from the West Midlands. The name is also used by a Portuguese saxophonist, José Lencastre, who releases ambient-electronic material under the same moniker, including the self-released album I Wish That Mountain Could Have an Eye.

In addition to that solo usage, there is also a separate trio called TSUKI, formed in 2003 by Margrit Rieben, Hans Koch and Paed Conca. Those three musicians had already worked together in different projects before forming the group, which builds on improvisation and draws on avant-garde rock, classic rock and jazz. After performing in Switzerland and abroad, the trio issues its debut album in 2005.
