Trapped in Kansas is a Scottish indie and shoegaze act that starts in June 2008. The group is based in Ayr, on the coast, and consists of four members who live either together or very near one another.

The band begins under the name We Are Trapped in Kansas before shortening the name to Trapped in Kansas. It occasionally plays live shows and is associated with a technical, post-rock-influenced sound.
