Toronto Is Broken is the drum and bass project of UK producer and DJ Christian Hoffmann, from Barwell in Leicestershire, England. The act works in bass music and is associated with drum and bass, future garage, breakbeat and dubstep, with additional elements of IDM, ambient, glitch and breakcore.

Hoffmann releases music as Toronto Is Broken and also runs the non-profit label Dual Signal Records. His early output includes two non-commercial albums in 2010, Reboot and Kusanagi. He then issues his debut commercial EP, Move It, on Sub Slayers, followed by The Inner Circle EP in the same year. The project is also linked with YANA Music.
