Tombstone Crow is a United Kingdom metal group active since 2013. The band begins jamming in mid-2013 and later that year puts out its first EP, titled Tombstone Crow. Its sound is described through melodic but shredding guitar solos, heavy drum rhythms, aggressive female vocals, and hook-driven metal songwriting with an epic edge.

Style and reception

The group is associated with thrash metal, death metal, melodic death metal, and female-fronted melodic death metal, and is also described as a hard-hitting groove metal band. Its music combines classic metal elements with a strong focus on melody, intensity, and song structure. After the first EP, the band receives positive attention from local and overseas music publications.

Releases and live activity

Following the debut EP, Tombstone Crow plays shows across the UK and builds a live reputation. Recording starts in early 2014 for the band’s first full-length album, Shadows from the Grave, which is planned for release later that year. The band continues performing while developing a growing following.
