TMG

TMG, also known as Tak Matsumoto Group, is a Japanese hard rock supergroup formed in 2004 as a side project of B'z guitarist Tak Matsumoto. The group is built around an almost entirely American line-up and records in the hard rock and rock styles associated with its members' other bands.

Line-up

The recording line-up consists of Tak Matsumoto on guitar, Eric Martin of Mr. Big on vocals, Jack Blades of Night Ranger and Damn Yankees on bass and vocals, and Brian Tichy, who has also played with Billy Idol and BALL, on drums. Brian Tichy is later replaced by Chris Frazier for the Dodge The Bullet tour.

Activity

Although the group does not officially split, it is not active after 2004.
