Times New Viking

Times New Viking are a lo-fi indie rock band from Columbus, United States. The group forms in 2005 and is active from that point onward. Its members are Jared Phillips, Beth Murphy and Adam Elliott.

Phillips plays guitar, Murphy plays keyboards and sings, and Elliott plays drums and sings. The band works in lo-fi, noise pop and shitgaze, and is also associated with noise rock and indie.

Times New Viking releases records on Wichita Records and has previously been signed to Matador Records and Siltbreeze Records. Their full-length albums include Dig Yourself, Present the Paisley Reich, Rip It Off, Born Again Revisited and Dancer Equired!.
