Tim Bowness is a British singer-songwriter from the United Kingdom, born in 1963. He works primarily in art rock and rock, and is best known for his long-running work in No-Man, a project he shares with Steven Wilson. He also appears in a range of other collaborative and solo contexts, including Henry Fool, Darkroom, Tim Bowness / Samuel Smiles, centrozoon, Memories of Machines and Moonshot.

Career

Bowness is associated with No-Man over an extended period, and he produces several albums with the group. He also releases material under his own name and through the label TBGE.

His debut solo album, My Hotel Year, appears on One Little Indian in 2004. He also records the album Flame in 1994 with Richard Barbieri, who is known from Porcupine Tree and ex-Japan.

Collaborations
